Floorstanding speaker Due to tradition, the flagship of the fourth generation Cantius loudspeakers, the Cantius 604, could tie on to the quality of her predecessor, the highest standards for the selection of the material were taken. Only through careful tuning of cabinet volumes and unit parameters, each individual loudspeaker can function optimally in their reach. This applies especially to the bass range. The outstanding reproduction of the bass is the domain of the Cantius 604. Thanks to the huge air volumes and generously proportioned magnetic motors combined with long stroke systems, even the deepest bass areas are reached effortlessly. The new 30 mm ASW softdome tweeter, driven by a double magnet system, is free of any peak above 20 Khz. With many other membrane materials these peaks appear. The result is a crystal clear sound, without any brightness at all.
